1. Applications to be received between 9:30 to 12:30 (EST) Monday through Friday
2. Delivery of services will be made between 3.30 PM – 5.00 PM
3. Application form must be duly filled-in (in English CAPITAL LETTERS)
4. Receipts will be issued for any payment received by the Embassy
5. Please produce your receipt(s) for taking delivery of the services
6. Please check the documents(s) before you leave the chancery
7. The Embassy is closed on Saturday, Sunday
8. All consular fees must be paid in Euros (cash)
