
Generally, the Commercial wing of the Bangladesh Embassy in Brussels is tasked to boost the country’s trade with the world. However particular focus is laid on enhancing exports from Bangladesh. With this end in view, we take necessary steps in responding to trade queries received from various sources, including individual producing and exporting companies of Bangladesh.
In responding to trade queries, we are obliged to rely on freely available market information. However, we also direct our clients to paid information sources which are naturally more updated.
In order to help us in responding to your trade queries, questions sent to us should be specific and focused. In case of product related questions, it is useful to mention the H S Code of the product. Questions relating to rules and regulations of the European Commission should be clear and detailed.
We encourage communication through eMail, since it is fast while economical. On occasions, collection of information takes time and we do not at all mind to receive reminders from our values clients. We also welcome follow-up queries when our first response appears to be inadequate.
