SIM card for mobile use can be found at any grocery shop, night shop, tele-boutique
Chip with new number will cost from 28—35 euro depending on service provider (BASE, Proximus etc.). This price includes at least 15 euro call credit. BASE is considerably cheaper and better with service quality.
Calling card can also be found at any grocery shop, night shop. Several calling cards are found. Most used ones are: Euro city, Ghanum etc. with 5 euros. You can use both toll free and paid numbers to make international calls.
